Ch3f wrote:Hello All, reading your comments on the Brachunky Appeal Day it is such shame i cannot go cos im a complete beginner in laning, but i will say you are gonna love it down on Salisbury Plain as i used to live down there at Larkhill Camp. You may have to go and ask the local MOD out there, and watch out for the Red and Yellow Flags!! cos u might end up meeting a rather large tank. there are so many places to go laning up there heading out to a pub called The Bustard, if i wasn't working I'd be their have fun, Ch3f
If I recall the tracks on Salisbury Plain are ideal for beginners, the Vauxhall Off Road club had many trips there. Mark

So we have our extra group leader, that 16 places in total.
Our current list of runners (in no particular order) is;
Meooo.........................................confirmed Woodwizzard.................................confirmed Bobbinsjob Neil Sharland Rick Surfer Shaun (a Surf) Stefanw (another Surf) sir doris... ukcobra neil............................................confirmed gibbo Sledge (another Surf..... group leader his diff is fixed!!)..confirmed Biohazard(woodzie) (leader)................confirmed Surfenstein(leader)..........................confirmed £50 special (leader)..........................confirmed
If anyone knows different fell free to copy/paste/amend the list.
We also have one more space for any late comers
Might be an idea if people could copy/paste and add "confirmed" after their names. (I've done those I already know)
What have I told you about Thinking Erroll??

Maybe an idea to arrange meeting points/timings too.
As I'm coming up from Cornwall, I suspect my route would be A30/M5 (Exeter services)/A303/Stonehenge.
As Shaun comes from Exeter area and has been before, he may be able to suggest another route?/meeting point?
I think my mileage will be around 165 and we need to be there around 09:30 for 10:00, so what would be a good time @ Exeter services?
What have I told you about Thinking Erroll??

A good place for me to meet with anyone coming from below Exeter would be the garage/little chef on the roundabout where the 358 from Taunton meets the 303 and A30. Have to work a time out.
