surely your not going to let a little snow bother you
Famous last word, eh Driftwood. I ran a green lane day on 4th March last year for another forum. It snowed heavily during the week, but were still going to go laning - one guy even drove from Maidstone in Kent to Llangollen in North Wales for the day. Things started well when I assisted with an RTA on the M54 (7 vehicle pile up - I was first at the scene). Then recieved a phone call to say that 3 vehicles had cancelled (one of whone is a paremedic). So 5 started off - within 45 minutes, one of the vehicles induced £500 worth of damage to the rear quater. About half way through, we lost another vehicle due to it not being able to get up an icy lane. The remaing 4 then took about two hours to travel a mile on one particular lane. You ask anyone that attended - it was the best laning trip ever (at that point). I'll be there, snow or shine. Lawrence
Well i`ll defo be there, rain snow or shine, i got the tyres and the lift to try out
Even better if i get to try on the way there too, i got a 95 mile trip there and the same back!!!, and i booked the day off work too now!! Ian

Let me get this straight, you are wanting to be upto your axles in sticky, slimey mud followed the next day by being heaven knows how deep in fords... and you are worried about a bit of the white stuff?
Last year, i bought the sat nav, and me and the wife said shall go for a drive to test it, and picked a point of interest, picked lincoln castle, well i aint kidding, it was minus 8 or 9 as soon as we got over the humber bridge(A15), and there must have been 100`s of cars with frozen screens stopped at the side of the road!!! and we were snug as a bug in a rug, really enjoyed that day out even though it was bad weather....

hahaha lol, yer well i guess it did, this is same argument i have when i go out on the motor bike, now i just head off and take random turns and when ive had enough, i switch satnav on and hit home

According to the AOL, BBC and american weather service we're only going to have Rain between now and the weekend.
Which channel You been watching Toppo and does Micheal Fish work for them ?? (For those that don't remember He famousy stated on Live TV in '86 that the Reports of High Winds were unfounded!! that night we had the Gales with Winds up to 110mph in some areas!! There has been Snow in Poland where SB is & it's now gone thanks to Rain and she did manage to get Pics of a Polish Fronty but couldn't find the Driver!! In the Event of Snow .. of course the Event is still on !! You just exercise more caution and common sense!! Looking at Leaving the Boat House at around 9:30am.....
I once wanted to go from Rotherham town centre to Sheffield city centre.
It directed me to Jtn 35 of the M1 down to Jtn 33 and then along the sheffield parkway. Look at the route on a map and you will see how completely stupid that route is.
Taken from the MET Office website Clicky No snow
do as I say and not as I do Haps!! lol You're talking to a guy Who accelerates into Rivers, not slow down !!
I'm aiming at a 3:30-4pm Departure at the Latest !! Maybe 3pm Meet-up at the Tesco in Shirley Off at J4 of the M42 and Tesco is on the right side (McDs in Walking distance for a Break & Coffee) Multimap Clicky
Oh I have to work Friday, not sure till when If i can get away early enough to meet you, i will txt you on Friday. If not i will have to make my own way up to the Boat House. Either way there will be much imbibement when i get there
