Ok so I will be at the annual for the first time this year I'm bringing my kids my dogs a ground anchor to chain them in the tent (the dogs not the kids) although if they moan and scream n whine I will need extra chain for them......

Can I pay a bit at a time or does it need to be all at the same time
for when sometimes 1 horse power just aint enough
