No idea what's involved as I haven't been to an annual meet before , but it might be an idea to put up an 'equipment required' thread and ask for volunteers to put their names against items in the list. [offtopic] I was also thinking about a summer get together on Shell Island, but I will create another thread about that nearer the time[/offtopic]

Can bring ours if needed...runs the sound system, tea urn and lighting down the woods ok...but not silent by far so use a long extension lead but a 4stroke so not too bad!

I've got a small 850W generator or a 3000W one if needed which i'm sure I could stick on small camping trailer as the bugger weighs 90kg so nightmare to get in boot ha.
Anyone want to meet up at Toddington services?

The 3kw one would be the better, at least it'll boil a kettle!
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ) Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Hi All Glad you chose Sibbertoft, thats just up the road from me (30 min). I did the site May June time with a local 4X4 club and had a great day. The site has changed considerable since Trugga was there in 2008 (we did it then as well). It has matured and there is something for everyone, if you desire you can go extreme and you will damage something, or you can be a little descerning and drive 95% of the course, not break anything and drive it home in one peice (well I did anyway, that was after I showed a lockered 90 I could get further through a deep mud hole than he could). From a spectators point of veiw your in for a real treat because you can see almost all the site from just 2 or 3 vantage points. The facilities are good Now then on the subject of green lanes, Sibbertoft has quite a few around and about in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire (Northants Lanes don't reopen until 1st May). I have a couple of good routes that I'd be more than willing to guide a small group around that are reluctant to use the site, or just want to do something different. Suppose I'd better get my name down. Oh £40 is a very good price per vehicle if it includes camping Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Recently paid £16 for one nights pitch at a site that had nothing more than you'll get here. Roll on 2011 Stuart
Remember, keep the greasy side down!
