I was in control panel and I clicked into something and got this
General Error
template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/fog_blue/template/ucp_arcade_settings.html does not exist or is empty

Seriously, I've had it a couple of times. There is a link to the arcade that doesn't work somewhere on the site.
If you can get it to do it again, email alchamist with the details of the page you were on when you cicked on arcade so he can fix it
