tank for Frontera sport 2.0i 1994

Postby yoyofr05 on Sun Dec 11, 2016 10:19 am

Good morning

From France

I have an old front sport 2.0i dated 1994 ( A model )- 198560 kms

After a full inspection before winter I have found that the case supporting the tank is in very bad condition. (rust and holes)

It seems to be very difficult to find a new or in good conditions used part in France so I need info to know if it's possible to find that kind of part in uk

Thanks for any infos

Getting rare over here too due to rust. might be worth talking to a local workshop and getting one fabricated.

Nice one Lee that sounds like a plan. Luckily managed to locate a good one locally when I did mine. I remember Greg saying that the ones he had at the time were either too far gone or needed a lot of welding.
