That could be the connector for your EGR valve but I'm not a 100% sure but I'm sure someone will answer your question.

These guys are really good for Frontera parts.

Looking at Google images, it says that it is a BAROMETRIC PRESSURE SENSOR but I could be wrong.

Its a Hall Effect Angle Sensor made by TT Electronics. You should have a part number on there somewhere beginning with "9". It isn't a Vauxhall part number .. but a TT Part number

Not having one here I cannot look to confirm.

This is what it looks like when you take it off:

They jam apparently. If you take it off can you move the spindle it attaches to. If not I would free off the other end and see if it rotates. If that all moves as it should then I would see if the sensor can be made to move with some gentle persuasion perhaps with a little WD40/carb cleaner.

This place sells ones like it, but the input bit is different. They may be able to help:

Hi , yeah i went one at a time but i didnt replace the t pieces i do have new ones but there of a slightly larger diameter , im and electrical engineer so lol i know what its like to disconnect and put things back wrong so i made a point of going one by one just in case it doesnt do it every start and if its been running for 10 mins its sort of off and on if that makes any sense

thanks

Did you replace the one going to the vac pump itself?
