Re: Shootinghad my shotgun licence 10 years now, shoot clays as a hobby mainly, attended a rough shoot around 4 years ago but that's it, I may still apply for fac but not sure yet, my toys are a 12 bore side by side, a 3 shot auto and a 3 shot shortened pump action.
Re: ShootingI'll stick to my air rifle lol ...... Doesn't make much of a bang but gets the job done
Re: ShootingI use my swb for shooting, the removable roof panel has helped loads when out lamping. It has managed to get me around my permission on all sorts of terrain without many problems.

Re: ShootingNot good.
I have radial nerve palsy now which means I can't raise a rifle or shotgun to my cheek for a wee while. At least better than being told I'd had a stroke. Fronty LWB '54 reg 2.2i SE 16v petrol in very shiny black metallic
Re: Shootingmy two springers go shooting and picking up on driven shoots and bought the fronty to replace the suz 1600 gv which was brilliant off road but ad three insurmountable faults, the boot was too small for the dogs and the car was disolving and when driven 3 or 4 miles in 4wd at the shoot and 2m return journey in 2wd it drank petrol at the rate of about 20mpg.
Re: ShootingBought my frontera to get the dogs and me around the shoots. I shoot 12 bore and air rifle depending on what needs to be done. Air rifle for around buildings and for rabbits at night. Shotgun for pigeons crow's and pheasants. Cant get enough of it but work gets in the way.
Re: Shootingfield sports are my hobby, I pick up about 40 days a year and buy some driven days with the cash from picking up. if you want game shooting beating or pecking up will earn one or two keepers days at the end of the season, shot gun needed.
