Great service provided

Postby Rifleman on Tue Jan 19, 2016 2:59 pm

Hi all.
I have always believed that when someone / company etc, goes out of their way to help or do something good, it should be recognised.
So I believe that Gregster is entitled to be recommended by me for the fantastic and fast service he provides to us.
In the last couple of weeks, I have placed 2 orders with him and received the required parts extremely fast.
In fact, today's order came the day after me ordering it, and I stay in Edinburgh.
So a huge WELL DONE to you Greg for the work you do in helping to keep these great vehicles on the road.
If you require anything for your Frontera, then this is the man to get in touch with.
A huge thank you once again Greg for your assistance with my wee problems with Braveheart.
Keeping me / us on the move.
Keep it up.

Keith.
Regards, Keith.

Thanks Keith, and everyone...
Its great to be able to help, and I know from needing parts myself and feedback from customers, that getting the right parts you are needing as quickly as possible is the answer, and if I can make it happen faster than expected with our various contracted couriers, then thats good all round.
Havent been on the forum much for the last year or so, other than doing some moderating stuff and answering your questions re parts, and techy questions where I can, and have to say I have missed it, although I caught up with many of you on the phone when you have needed parts or just called up for a chat.

Last year was a tough one, trying to move things forwards has been hard, and at the same time finding my feet running things on my own now Rob has retired to be a man of leisure (with a screaming kid) on his boat...which has occupied 110% of my time...

But things are getting there...

Last year bought an expansion in the premises, so more storage, more organisation, and more space for effecient dismantling,
Bought about card payment facilities, a must this day and age, making it much easier for customers to make purchases over the phone or by chip n pin on site,
bought about more stockholding in vehicles (currently 6 B's awaiting dismantling, 5 cherokees and grands, and 1 A (bearing in mind I have just broken up 6 in a run)...)
A reliable Tow rig...dti and rebuilt ifor 16/6 beavertail, for collecting and "the final journey" for stock...
New courier services, which give a great service, and nice things like SMS messaging with ETA's for deliverys with some services.

This year promises to be really exciting, with the launch of Fronty4x4spares.com...
...which will become with time the primary source of our frontera parts stock sooner than ebay...
The range of parts can be so much better without the restrictions and limitations of ebay, and we plan to be offering, in time, everything off these cars, to simply add to your basket. From grill trim clips to engines, from bellhousing bolts to wheels and tyres...everything...and with a fixed price next day delivery on each order, and a range of new parts and consumables also at pretty much trade prices, this promises to be an interesting and comprehesive solution with great pricing and aftersales. This should be live in the next couple of months, as you can appreciate its going to be a massive amount of work to get up and running with this, but it will be worth it.

Thanks again for your kind words Keith, and everyones support for our business serving you with parts to keep these cracking motors going...and I promise that what we do will only get better still going forwards.

Cheers :drink:

I will add it isn't just the parts he supplies, but the advise that goes with it. He will often correctly help diagnose problems and recommend alternative realistic fixes/parts.
