my frontera is abit sprinng happy on the rear, is there anything other springs i can fit to it so its better

If it's bouncy would have thought shock absorbers. Have you done the old age test, i.e. push down on the indvidual corners and if it bounces more than 1 and 1/2 times usually means shock absorber not doing it's job.
If it's springs, either coil or leaf, the motor will sag down.

Agreed .. this sounds like tired shock absorbers.

If the car looks level then the springs should be fine.
