Boot Load Cover

Postby homer67uk on Wed Jul 08, 2015 10:00 pm

Long time no read. Been a while since I was last on here, now that I have newly bought a jet black 2004 2.2 DTi Olympus 5 dr frontera. The problem I have is this, when I bought the car it didn't come with the cover, I bought one off ebay but it doesn't fit, am I missing an adapter which clips onto the load cover then clips in either side of the boot area?????
Also on the dash after start-up the amber light with the car and spanner going threw the roof comes on but goes out after a couple of minutes, performance doesn't alter, but after a good run the gear stick gets quite warm, if that's normal????
Cheers guys...

Cheers Stretch.. Had another look on ebay, from what I can see, the item I bought is missing an adapter the slots on either end of the load cover so that it fits my boot points. All I need to do is find those adapters and slide them on and the job's a good-in...
