Hi had this problem with my first dti and it was down to the vac pipes, they can visually appear ok but still be perished and have small holes in them. Is it the orange light in the shape of an engine? it's not a service light it's the engine management light when this comes on a fault code will be logged, if replacing the vac pipes doesn't work get them read.
