As a credit to the 2.2DTi engine, Gareth done nearly 600,000 miles on the original engine with his X reg LWB B. It was serviced at very regular intervals to help it along the way but just goes to show what can be achieved with these engines.

when changing the vac pipes ! anyone have an idea what size they are for ordering ,on my 2.2dti there are 2 different sizes

3.0mm internal diameter1 VAC pipe, you can get silicone pipe from ebay. For the DTI you will need 8 meters. Specify that you want it in one length so you can cut to size yourself.

I have a b serias 2.2dti I it sounds like a tracktor more so becauase the last owner put a 4 inch mega pipe on the rear?? what is the correct oil to use in these engines please?
