It was plus postage, but I tell u what, I'll include it. You don't need anything to fit it, only a grinder or hack saw. I'll also send some good exhaust sealant. It's that easy. Give me a buz in the evening ************* cheers, Ryan

Re: AT LAST, 2001 FRONTY B 2.2 PERFORMANCE MANIFOLD

Postby Wizrdovoz on Fri Jul 24, 2009 8:27 pm

it's turned out that Gaz's fronty is a 2000 model and this manifold only fits a 2001 model, may be up to a 2003, because the down pipe/cat section is different. Its really hard to do them for all models without having the actuall cars. SO, if there is anyone out there with a 2001 2.2 petrol that is interested in this offer, just let me know. IT'S A BARGAIN. Oh yeh, if someone wants this manifold for a different model and is prepared to modify there cat section, they can have one, but my cheep offer only stands for the 2001. All others will be £215

An offer you'd be CRAZY to refuse!!!!!

Postby Wizrdovoz on Sun Jul 26, 2009 7:02 pm

This is what i'll do, as this manifold ( y22se performance manifold ) is no good to me without totally knowing that it fits perfectly, i'll sell it for £30, YES thats right, £30. This is to cover my postage for up to 2 times. The first to send it and the seconed, if by some VERY small chance i need to modify it and send it back. CAAAAAAAAAMOOOOOOOON, it a no brainer, it's a bargain. I dont understand why there arnt heaps of takers on this :( :(

Re: AT LAST, 2001 FRONTY B 2.2 PERFORMANCE MANIFOLD "NEW PRICE"

Postby Wizrdovoz on Sun Aug 16, 2009 9:27 pm

Right, this is where we're at. The manifold is all sorted now. I can do it to fit the x22se and y22se. The cost will be £215. I can also do cat replacement pipes for £70. Sports cats on request. ****************@tiscali.co.uk

I was curious about the material used for the manifold, is it a similar metal composition to the stock manifold so that under thermal expansion there won't arise any problems such as bolt or block thread warping? Or is the amount of heat going through the manifold not enough for it to matter?
