After 5 weeks of "if it's going to go wrong it will" the truck is finally back on the road.

Whole load of stuff done>>>>>

4 new tyres,12 ft of fuel line, all brake pads, discs replaced, callipers refurbed, auto hubs stripped and rebuilt, back box on exhaust, fuel filter, plugs, battery were what it went for due to problems but the list then grew>>>

Handbrake assembly on nearside wheel " smashed " ( in pieces when cover removed )
All rubber bushes and covers on front suspension replaced,
Steering adjusted to due " problems " ( awaiting full discussion with other Garage ),
Tracking done,
Apparently had to have a new indicator lamp and reflector front offside as it was " missing "(Had one when it left here)

All done but wait there's more>>

Jobs to do>>>
Brake master cylinder is starting to fail.Tried a second hand but wrong one think it needs a reseal( will post for that later ),
Screen wash system needs stripping and cleaning to remove the alien that's growing in it,
Suspension and wishbones to de rust and finally remove and repair the rust spots of the sills and other places.
New drivers seatbelt next month.
These jobs I can do thanks to the great site that is FOG.
Now I have a "New Frontera"
Any free cash will head to the site next month.

The issue is with another company that our workshop uses.Waiting for a full report to come back but this could cause problems as the company involved were the ones who serviced the truck for the previous owner and our mechanic now wants to see all past history paperwork as he has never seen such a mess on one motor.

This company were also responsible for the "butcher" job when the electrics were re-done.

If all comes out will post in "Do Not Touch With A Barge Pole"
