Always a little nervous about declaring interest in a vehicle after a couple of incidents on other forums but you lot seem like a nice enough bunch so.....

Spotted this and wondered what you lot thought:
e-Bay

Cheers peeps

If thats all it could be a good buy at the right price, although to worry about the MOT on these it does sound fishy. Would like to see fail note and have a good look around.

Wonder who's it is. Sounds like someone from here.

Depends on how much it goes for.

The bits that make it interesting like the wheels he is not selling. So considering the work required and the unknown brake problems it is probably only worth scarp/parts value.
What happens, happens. What doesn't happen is not meant to :)

Thats what I thought :?
Might be worth going through Members rides

Looks ok if the price is ok and you can work on the faults, shame they are changing the tyres though :?

Looks like I've found a winner
2much

Just checked his profile and he hasn't been on here since Oct 07.

Wonder if it's worth giving him a PM?

Just read all his posts since getting the truck.

Other than having a new head theres no bad points to talk of that arent mentioned in the ad. If the new head was done ok it will be fine.

Slightly worried he may have flipped the ball joints, which isnt recomended, but what worries me most is he seems very capable. Done body/suspension lift, new head lots of stuff helping folk, but is walking away from this one.

From the advice he was dishing up for members he does seem a nice bloke, so dont want to make you think he is a rogue, just unkown to me.

Have e-mailed him with a few questions so we'll see what the response is. Will let you know of any response.

Cheers for the Pms (you know who you are  ) and your points have been taken in.

Still waiting for Ins co to come back with an offer on my stolen/burnt out Rover so my budget is pretty limited until that's sorted
