hi every 1I need your help.
Does anyone Know how I can pull off the leather between the gear and dif shifts???? PLEASE HELP :!: :?:

Yes you can, then use some silicone sealant to stick it down when replacing it.

This is from my 1995 A series (2.8 )

Unscrew the two gear knobs

Unscrew the two retaining screws near the and brake lever

Prise up the trim panel that has has the gaiters around the transmission levers.

I hope that helps.
